SHOWER HEAD & VALVE FUNCTIONS

Provided S.S 304 valve that opens automatically when Pull Rod is pulled.

The valve stays open until it is manually closed.

Shower head is between 2100 mm - 2400 mm above floor surface as per standards.

Shower bowl dia 270 ± 5 mm

Pull rod height is 1752 mm max from ground as per standards.

1” lock nut provided for perpendicular positioning of the valve with the head bowl

EYE WASH ASSEMBLY

Two high-flow sprays, operated at low pressure, which washes the eye and face.

Anti-dust flip covers protect the eye wash head from airborne contaminants and automatically open with water pressure.

Distance between two eye wash head 140 to 200 mm as per standards.

Eye wash fountain head is between 960 mm – 1140 mm above floor surface.

High visible Yellow ABS bowl resistant to damage from most acid, alkali and oil.

BODY VALVE & PUSH PLATE

1⁄2” SS 304 powder coated BSP Ball valve connects units to uninterruptible water supply as per requirements.

GI powder coated push plate with a push to open functions for easy operation of the eye wash fountain through valve.

FOOT PEDAL & DRAIN LINE

GI Powder coated pedal set attached near the drain line at an easy reachable position for everyone.

Pedal connected to the push plate with the help of a PVC coated rope for easy supply and control of water flow in the eye wash head without use of hands.

1-1/4” drain line for removal of used water.

BASE PLATE

To hold the shower structure in a stable position.

Diameter of the base plate shall be 180 ± 3 mm

Flange P.C.D 148.5 ± 2 mm

4 nos. hole of 13 ± 2 mm is provided for bolting the base plate in proper position.
