Udyogi | Res-protek 8200 half-face masks are respiratory protective device used in various industries and applications to protect workers from exposure to hazardous airborne particulates, gases, vapors, and aerosols when selecting appropriate filters based on workplace hazards.

Mask Body: The main component of a mask is the body, which is made of durable thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) material, Designed to fit securely and comfortably on the face, providing a seal to prevent leakage of contaminated air.
It is simple to handle, comfortable to wear, easy to keep clean, flexible, and reusable.
Head Harness
Adjustable head harnesses with a three-size adjustable head cradle are assemblies that secure the mask to the wearer's face, which allows users to achieve a personalized, secure fit and comfort. These straps are made of spandex elastic material.
Exhalation Valve:
Have an exhalation valve, which allows exhaled air to exit the mask, helps reduce breathing resistance and heat buildup inside the mask, improving user comfort during prolonged wear.

The pre-filter 811 can be used with 8100 Series gas and Vapour filters using 810 retainers.
Excluding 8101PR, 8103PR, and 8106PR because they have particle filter media integrated with the gas and Vapour filters.

Cleaning and Disinfection:

Remove filters before cleaning respirator

Clean respirator with a wet cloth and immerse it in warm water solution which
must not exceed 50°C using a neutral detergent if necessary.

Rinse with warm water and air dry in a contaminant free environment.

DO NOT CLEAN WITH SOLVENTS,STRONG DETERGENTS OR PETROLEUM
BASED PRODUCTS.
Storage:

Keep it in a fresh and dry environment away from atmospheric contaminants.

Do not expose the filter to heat. direct sunlight.

Do not expose the respirator to heat over 50 °C or direct sunlight.
Storage under conditions other than those specified by the manufacturer may affect the shelf life.

Assembling Instructions filter with Face Mask:
Match the filter plastic connection with the filter holder on the respirator. Press and turn the filter all the way clockwise. Repeat for second filter

Warning:
These filters do not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen. Caution must be given in oxygen-enriched atmospheres (ignition), and it is prohibited to enter explosive atmospheres (e.g., through solvents). Filters should not be used in firefighting or to work with open flames or molten metal since.
