Udyogi | Res-protek 4701 particulate filter P2 R standard is used to protect against particulate matter in various environments.

Filtration Efficiency:
P2 filter is designed to achieve a minimum filtration efficiency of 94% for airborne particles. Efficiency ensures effective protection against various solid and liquid aerosols.

R: The "R" designation denotes that the filter is reusable.

Oil Resistance: They can effectively filter oil-based aerosols in addition to non-oil-based particles, offering versatile protection in various industrial environments.

The capacity of the filter depends on factors such as the concentration of contaminants in the air and the duration of exposure.

Storage:

Filters are supplied in hermetic packaging. Without taking the filter out of its original packaging, Keep it in a fresh and dry environment away from atmospheric contaminants.
Avoid high levels of humidity, hopefully not over 80% relative humidity.
Do not expose the filter to heat. direct sunlight.

Do not expose the respirator to heat over 50 °C or direct sunlight.

Storage under conditions other than those specified by the manufacturer may affect the shelf life.

Assembly Instructions for 4701 Particulate filter with 4800 filter holder:

1. Open the buckle of the filter holder 4800 (Fig 1).

2. Put the particulate filter into the holder, with the printed side facing the face, adjust the position of the filter to

   ensure installing in place (Fig 2).

3. Close the filter holder and buckle. Hear the "click" sound, indicating that the holder is closed correctly (Fig 3).

When need to replace the filter, press down on the holder and then open the buckle. Take out the filter and replace it.

Warning:

These filters do not supply oxygen. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen. Caution must be given in oxygen-enriched atmospheres (ignition), and it is prohibited to enter explosive atmospheres (e.g., through solvents). Filters should not be used in firefighting or to work with open flames or molten metal since.
Before use, the wearer must read and understand the User Instructions provided as a part of the product packaging.
